I created a large file in photoshop for printing and when I try to save it I noticed the file extension is default to .dcm.

I understand this format is used for storing Photoshop images which are more than 30,000 x 30,000 pixels in size. When I checked the format selections I could not find PDF format. Can you tell me if I can still print using .dcm or the only available format selections which are .PSD, .RAW and .TIFF? Which format can I use for printing?
