The .BC extension is used by the BitTorrent P2P file sharing application, BitComet.
Downloads that have not finished have the .BC extension appened to the end of the file name (E.G yourmovie.avi.bc). As soon as the download has completed, the .bc extension is removed and the download is considered complete.
If the file name still has the .bc extension at the end, the download has not completed.
